Join us for Take an Object, a new exhibition inspired by objects and artworks from the Hunterian.
Featuring work developed by students from our MLitt in Technical Art History, the exhibition includes replicas, cross-sections and X-ray images that have uncovered a mysterious portrait hidden under a baroque painting.
This is the first display in an exciting new display space opened up at the Hunterian Art Gallery to showcase experimental and cross-disciplinary research at the University of Glasgow and beyond.
Take an Object runs at the Hunterian Art Gallery from 1 August – 27 September 2019, and admission is free.
